1. Project Kickoff and Research:

  • Understand the goals, vision, and key messages for the hero character team.
  • Research the target audience, industry trends, and competitor booth designs to identify opportunities for differentiation.

2. Character Development and Storyboarding:

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop the characters' backstories, powers, and unique qualities.
  • Create a storyboard outlining the narrative flow within the booth, emphasizing key touchpoints and interactions.

3. Conceptualization and Ideation:

  • Brainstorm and sketch initial design concepts that bring the hero narrative to life.
  • Explore creative ideas for booth layout, interactive elements, and visual aesthetics that align with the heroic theme.

4. 3D Modeling and Visualization:

  • Use 3D modeling tools to create a virtual representation of the booth design, allowing for a more detailed and realistic visualization.
  • Adjust and refine the design based on feedback to ensure alignment with the envisioned hero narrative.

5. Material Selection and Prototyping:

  • Select materials that enhance the hero theme, considering durability, visual impact, and practicality.
  • Create mockups of key booth elements to evaluate their effectiveness in conveying the desired heroism.

6. Interactive Element Integration:

  • Identify opportunities for interactive displays, touchpoints, and digital experiences within the booth.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to integrate innovative solutions such as augmented reality, virtual reality, or interactive touchscreens.

7. Graphic Design and Brand Integration:

  • Develop high-quality graphics that showcase the characters, incorporating bold colors, dynamic visuals, and consistent branding.
  • Ensure seamless integration of the company logo and brand elements throughout the booth design.

8. Engagement Zones and Activities:

  • Design specific zones within the booth for different activities, such as character introductions, interactive games, or product demonstrations.

Through a strategic and iterative design process, the hero trade show booth is crafted to not only visually impress attendees but also to effectively convey the hero narrative, engage the audience, and leave a lasting impression on behalf of the new character team "Immortal".
